Wedding photographs are offered in color and black & white, or a mixture of both. Selenium toned (sepia) and oil hand-painted black & white photographs are also available.

Payment Information
A 1/3 deposit is due when the wedding date is booked, unless other arrangements are made. The balance is due one week prior to the wedding. This deposit guarantees your date and is not refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Travel Fees
for events outside of Santa Cruz County. Up to 50 miles: $50.00, 50-100 miles: $100.00. Please ask for a quote if over 100 miles.

Digital Archiving (CD)
I will store your CD in my files for 2 years after the date of your wedding. I will try to notify you upon the two year anniversary and offer the CD for purchase. If I do not hear from you, or if you are not interested, I will dispose of the them.

All photographs created by Susan Helgeson are protected by Federal Copyright Law and cannot be copied in any manner without written permission from the photographer.

Additional Wedding Day Coverage
Availability of additional time beyond that included with the selected coverage cannot be guaranteed. However, if required any extra time at the rate of $200 per hour may be added.
